The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase. Specification, instruction manual, development package

In case of abnormal work due to the quality problems of the products, our company will provide free maintenance service and replace the products if necessary

If the product is damaged due to improper use by users (such as static electricity, improper welding and wiring, over-current and over-voltage use), the product can only be scrapped.

If the product purchased by our company fails and needs to be repaired, please describe the failure phenomenon of the product in detail as far as possible, so that our technical personnel can judge the cause of the failure and provide better maintenance service for you.


Handling of transport damage

In order to ensure that the goods you receive are in good condition, please open the box with the carrier and sign after confirming that there is no transportation damage or missing.

If there is any transportation damage or missing, please do not sign for it. Keep the goods, packing materials and accessories intact, and contact our company immediately. If the demander has no objection to the received products on the day of receiving the goods, it will be deemed that the acceptance has been passed, and our company will not be responsible for the damage (unless otherwise specified in the contract).
